Equipment Essentials

I am tempted to purchase the Ninja 3 in 1 food processor and I see on the list of essentials there is also a stand mixer, am I incorrect in thinking the Ninja is capable of doing anything the stand mixer can do?

I recently got a bamboo chopping board for the first time. I love it… kind of. I’d love to see a post about how to care for it. I feel like I get a lot of knife marks and nicks and fear trapping food or bacteria in it. I don’t feel like I get it really clean when I wash it. I have oil for it, but how often should I be using it?

Great idea, but perhaps add ‘wish list’ and ‘budget’ options?
